Scarlett Chase Luxury Footwear Announces Series of Patents for Innovative, Supportive Design

Scarlett Chase, a luxury footwear brand designed for women integrating supportive, innovative technology with unparalleled European craftsmanship announces the granting of four new design patents. The Great Britain Patent Office has issued two new patents, No. 6234591 (the “591” patent) and No. 6234592 (the “592” patent); and the European Patent Office has issued two new patents, No. 9191059-0002 (the “059” patent) and No. 9191059-0001 (the “001” patent), further strengthening the Company’s intellectual property position in supportive footwear technologies.

The ‘591 and ‘002 patents, both titled “Shoe Insole”, and the ’592 and ‘001 patents, both titled “Shoe Outsole”, cover unique ornamental shoe designs.

The granting of the design registrations is further recognition of the continuing innovation carried out by Scarlett Chase.
