New: Samples our design team did not elect to produce (we want them all but closet editing is real for designers too :-). These shoes are brand new and 20% off.
Excellent: Samples that were either used for photoshoots or display, or received with minor imperfections that are not noticeable. These shoes are in like-new or excellent condition and are offered at 30% off.
Good: Samples we received or like new returns that have a flaw that is identifiable upon inspection such as slightly faded suedes or small defects that do not affect fit or overall look. These shoes are 40% off.
Workhorse: Prototypes, fit test samples and returns showing some signs of wear but eager to be worn and fully benefiting from the SC360TM Support System. These shoes are 50% off.

We want your Scarlett Chase shoes to fit beautifully. Exchanges and returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging.
