Exchanges and Returns Policy for Scarlett Chase

US Exchanges:
We want your Scarlett Chase footwear to fit fabulously. Therefore, we welcome exchanges as follows…
- Exchanges may be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items may not be returned with signs of outdoor wear.
- Securely pack items in original packaging with an external shipping box to avoid damage.
- We encourage you to take advantage of our instant exchange program to ensure product availability.
- Kindly drop off the package at the nearest qualifying carrier location of your choice.
- All final sale items and items discounted 30% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

US Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging without signs of external wear to quality— we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
- Securely pack items in original packaging with an external shipping box to avoid damage.
- Kindly drop off the package at the nearest qualifying carrier location of your choice.
- A handling fee of $20 per item will be deducted from your refund - this fee is waived for first time customers.
- Shipping fees are not refundable

International Returns & Exchanges:
- Scarlett Chase accepts international returns for store credit only for eligible items purchased through our website using Shopify Managed Markets. Value of store credit will be for the value of the item purchased.
- Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable. To offset the cost of shipping, duties, and taxes when reordering and using store credit, Scarlett Chase will provide a personalized 20% off discount code for the exchange item if the item is the same value, or 20% up to the value of the exchanged item (i.e. if the original purchase amount was $500 and the replacement order totals $1,000, the 20% discount will apply to the first $500 of the new order only.) Please reach out to vip@scarlettchase.com to claim this.
- We are unable to process instant exchanges for international orders at this time.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that there are some shipping scams that are present internationally. If you do not drop off your package at a physical shipping location by a reputable shipping partner, Scarlett Chase is not responsible for lost packages.
- Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging and protective materials intact.
- Once a return is received and approved, a $20 USD processing fee will be deducted from your store credit. Only after a return is received and approved will store credit be issued.
- Please contact vip@scarlettchase.com to initiate your international return and receive approval prior to shipment.
