SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. SHIPPING
• Complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $1,000.
• For orders under $1,000, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
• Once shipped, U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We ship internationally through Shopify Managed Markets, so all customs, taxes, and shipping fees are included at checkout.
• When you enter your shipping address at checkout, these fees are calculated automatically and you are charged in your local currency, so there are no surprise fees when your order is delivered.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Scarlett Chase is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier.
