Footbed is to die for comfortable. The shaft stays up as promised. There is a spot on both boots that rubs slightly above my ankles. Note: I have one achilles that was ruptured and generally larger ankles, so this should NOT dissuade others. I am sure it is my leg shape and I will continue to break the boot in for that spot, otherwise I could have worn them day one all day. I highly recommend.
These are truly singular boots in combining both style and complete comfort. Well worth the cost, as they will pay dividends over the years.

I bought 3 pair! The quality of the leather and the design for comfort while not at all looking like an orthotic is uncanny. They are a luxury brand but all of my other luxury brands are sitting in the shoe bags on the highest shelf in my walk in because of the pain they cause. These I’ve worn all over Napa, walking around NYC, and airports traveling. Gorgeous and my feet aren’t sore at all!
I finally have some heels I can actually spend an evening in. Chic, dressy or not, no pain in my neuromas.
I am very happy about the fit around the calves, the width of my feet and the comfort of wearing the boots all day.
