Fit and sizing

True to size. If you are between sizes, or if you wear an orthotic, select the larger size.

Closed-back styles are designed with removable, washable insoles, so a custom orthotic drops straight in.

Materials and care

Hand-selected European materials, chosen to mold to your foot over the first few wears.

Store with the shoe trees, keep suede away from damp, and let leather rest a day between wears.

Exchange & Return Policy

We want your Scarlett Chase shoes to fit beautifully. Exchanges and returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging.

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. See full Returns & Exchange Policy.

Inside Scarlett Chase

Couture Made for Movement

Patented, Orthotic-Grade Removable Insole

Engineered with non-compression, rebounding foam that gently cradles the foot in unparalleled comfort and support. Delivers lasting cushioning and structure, maintaining its shape wear after wear for effortless all-day movement.

Pitch-Changing, Forefoot-Elevating Construction

A proprietary design that subtly lifts the forefoot to reduce pitch and redistribute weight for balanced alignment. The result: eased pressure, improved stability, and a heel that feels lower than it looks—so you walk as naturally as in flats.

European Handcrafted Luxury Materials

Crafted from premium European leathers and textiles selected for their supple feel, enduring structure, and timeless finish. Each material is designed to move beautifully and only improve in character over time.
