The result: a 75mm heel wears like a 45mm, and a kitten heel feels closer to a flat.
Inside every pair: an orthotic-grade removable insole, a hidden platform outsole for shock absorption, a molded heel cup, and an upper cut to accommodate bunions and varying widths.

It's instep strap fastened with our signature rhinestone buckle—custom-designed and fully adjustable, so the hold is exactly as secure as you want it. A generous toe keeps the glamour unhurried.

Every closed-back style takes a removable insole, so a custom orthotic drops straight in.
